As part of a mission at one of our customers, we are looking for a Guarantor of the follow-up of the Production.

You will have the following missions:

Animate with the Administrator and the TMA the daily point of Production, challenge the technical and development teams in case of incident / problem
Control daily production reports and track events
Follow the treatment of incidents by ensuring substantive resolutions, capitalize on incidentology
Communicate hot in the event of an incident
Manage crises, in collaboration with the MDS and the outsourcer
Communicate production events to IT and users
Ensure compliance with procedures by service providers in charge of production
Control the quality of the services provided and challenge this quality of service in order to improve it
Post-production follow-up of technical and application components
Maintenance and enrichment of the knowledge base (incident, application, flow, …)
Driving force behind proposals to industrialize Production processes and improve ISD services
Participation in the production of statistics (KPIs) relating to the activity of the service and all outsourced services.
