We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer M/F to support us in our growth.

Main missions:

Analysis of recruitment needs
Search and selection of CVs of our future consultants (Bac + 5, Engineer)
Conducting interviews
Follow-up of applications
Preparation of weekly meetings (presentation of candidates, participation in decision-making on recruitments, etc.)
Establishment of school partnerships
Participation in job fairs
Implementation of HR projects in the field of training, communication or legal.

Graduate of business school or university training specialized HR, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Recruitment,

Imperatively in IT services company, preferably in the banking / finance sector.

Your interpersonal skills, your dynamism and your autonomy are essential assets to succeed in this function.

You are also proficient in computer tools.

Type of remuneration: Fixed salary + recruitment bonuses
