Context:
The Back/Middle Office Loan IQ Structured Finance management mission consists of the operational management of structured finance files (Financial Loans, Buyer Loans, Supplier Loans) from various business lines (CIB Energy & Commodity Finance; Asset Finance: Real Estate, Transportation, Export Finance; Project & Leveraged Finance, Corporate Acquisition Finance, Global Transaction Banking and Loan Syndications, Corporate Loan Book CTBE and RPM) and retail banking (financing solutions).

In an international environment, the main missions of the management of Structured Credit files are as follows:

• Study and implementation of files in the loan management system
• Management of all events occurring during the life of the files (uses, commissions, refunds, interest)
• Ensure the proper receipt of funds and the proper accounting of transactions (management of accounting suspense)
• Verification at the end of the day that no event remains waiting for processing
• Expertise and application of current procedures
• Transmission of all the documents and information necessary to the Customer Administration to create/modify payment instructions and ensure that they are correctly entered
• Transmission of all the necessary information documents to the validator so that it can validate transactions and payments
• Interface with the various internal stakeholders (Middle Office, Transversal Management, Customer Administration) and external (banks of the banking pool if we are leader, Agent, stabilization organization, guarantors, Insurer …)
• Processing of external claims from, participating banks, the leader of a banking pool in which BNPP participates, the stabilization body, the insurer…
• The back/middle office management mission Loan IQ structured loans consists of managing a portfolio of files and taking charge of all management events that may occur in the life of the file (draw, repayment, collection of commissions, restructuring …)
