We are looking for a Business Engineer (M/F) to strengthen our sales team.

Reporting to our Sales Director, you will be trained in our processes and our sector of activity and you will then work independently on your functions.

Missions:

• Develop a portfolio of existing customers.
• Be in charge of opening new accounts.
• Be in close collaboration with the recruitment team to whom you will communicate and define your needs and your development strategy.
• Participate in candidate interviews to qualify them in a relevant way with the problem and the customer context.
• Create and maintain a relationship of trust with your clients and ensure mission and career follow-up with your consultants.
• Manage and control the margin and profitability of your business to contribute to the growth of the group.
• Manage the relationship with our consultants who provide services to our clients (coaching, management, career follow-up).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by being proactive.
